Footprints Matter Sets a New State Record! January 21, 2010
In a conversation with a Bill Webster of the Arizona State Land Office, Sue Schaffer was asked how many volunteers attended the cleanup on the 16th. When informed that 177 volunteers were signed in to work, he pronounced that it was the largest force of its kind, ever, in the history of Arizonas' volunteer cleanup programs!

There are plans to keep this project going in the future. If this sounds like a project that matters to you, and you would like to join us, please RSVP to info@footprintsmatter.org or 480-983-2171. We are looking for volunteers, equipment, trailers, and support vehicles (or horses) the day of the next event. Donations for coffee, bagels, and/or money or items to be able to offer a free lunch to participants would be appreciated, as well.
